We live in a time when we are frequently overwhelmed by world events as well as events in our own lives. This can lead to feelings of isolation, hopelessness, anxiety and depression. My own experience of dealing with these emotions and situations has led me to, what for me, has been a winning combination: nature and yoga therapy. Yoga is about connection, and the deeper we connect to the earth, the deeper we can connect to ourselves and each other. What the Course Entails
This course was designed to be done over a three-month period, but you may take as long as you like. You will have access to the material for life. There are three modules, and each module includes lectures, physical practices, breathing practices, nature breaks and guided relaxations. No lecture is longer than 15 minutes (you can see the entire curriculum at the bottom of this page).
The material is a combination of yoga philosophy, neurobiology and environmental science.
The techniques you'll learn are simple and also highly effective.
In addition to unlimited email support, you will receive unparalleled coaching from me in a personalized one-on-one coaching session. This one-hour session is included in the course to be used at your discretion, and additional sessions may be purchased if desired.
