I help people connect to nature, to themselves, to each other and to something larger so that they can live happier, fuller lives. Yoga is about connection, and the more we connect to Nature, to this beautiful Earth we live on, the easier the other connections become. This is all about embracing the lessons of the natural world, taking our yoga outside, and going inside to heal ourselves and help our planet.

Hi, I’m Patty Williamson

I've taught yoga for more than 20 years, and I've lived my entire life in tune with Nature. My extensive background in the therapeutic applications of yoga for trauma has helped numerous people -- including me -- heal and become more connected. The simple techniques I teach utilize breath, movement, focus and awareness to profoundly affect both physiology and psychology. The inclusion of attention to the environment not only enhances our overall health and well-being, but also helps sustain the planet that sustains us.

Nothing makes me happier than sharing my knowledge and experience so others can heal themselves and help the earth!

"The military taught me to fight and to kill, to survive. Yoga taught me to breathe and to live. After my tours of duty I was diagnosed with PTSD. With Patty's teachings and guidance I've learned to appreciate nature, and all life has to give. By using the tools in the program and practicing regularly, I feel I have my life back."

"I have been struggling with anxiety and depression for about a year now. This program truly was such a gift to me in a hard season! It was a great supplement to the work I am doing in counseling. It really helped me to get out of my head and connect more with myself and the world around me. The nature breaks were especially helpful with my depression! The whole program was great and structured in a way that helped me process through things and promoted healing. I am so grateful for this program! It was also informative and interesting for me to learn more about the practice of yoga."
